Can we make some noise for the family site getting re-activated!?!?!?!   

I'm going to enjoy navigating this and updating as so much has changed (good, bad, and weird) but changed indeed. I'm going to try to find my list from the family reunion planning days and shoot you all the link.  I just love this. Whoever did this did an amazing job! (shameless plug) 

There has been murmurs about a second family reunion but with COVID, its a bit of a long shot.  But this is a start.  I may be calling, texting, or emailing for updates so stay tuned!!!  LOVE y'all the long way!!!

This is the BOULDIN Family Reunion

To be held in CHARLOTTE, NC - July 19-21st 2013

Parris Macedon & Jaime Simmons are coordinating it and they need ALL of our help to make sure we don’t leave anyone out.

We are looking for contact information (email address, mailing address, and mobile) so you can stay updated via our family  newsletter. Also we are ordering t-shirts so they need everyone in your household sizes.

The newsletter will include ALL the reunion details plus details about the different committees you ladies and gentlemen can get  on so you can do your part in the process, so check with them. Don’t be shy. It’s all love!

Regarding this site: It was create years go when i first began piecing together our family tree.  I reached out to many but the  response wasn't as positive as I'd like at that time.  So if you don't see your pics, it's because couldn't nobody get in touch with ya!  Let's correct that!

Family-

Otho Lee Willard Sr., affectionately known as “Mr. Lee”, was born to Gertrude & Preston Willard in Indianola, Mississippi on March  23, 1929.

He joined the army at the age of 21. He fought in the Korean War, departing with a honorable discharge in 1952.

He moved to Kansas City in the early 70’s, where he met and married Jennifer Bailey. Mr. Lee was a hard working man. Working as  a: tow truck driver, security guard, concession stand vendor, mechanic, bus driver, and servicing lawns.

He was a pleasant, mild-mannered, and quiet man that would help you in anyway he could. His love for people was expressed  through his many acts of kindness and generosity. More then a few Jehovah’s Witnesses will remember “Mr. Lee”: fixing cars,  mowing lawns, moving furniture, providing transportation to conventions, and last but not least, hosting numerous gatherings for  family, friends and loved ones.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his wife, Jennifer; his brothers, Moses (Lillian) Willard of Indianola, MS; John (Nannie) Willard of  Memphis, TN; Ezekiel (Clara) Willard of Homestead, FL; Robert Earl (Carolyn) Willard of St. Louis, MO; children, Otho (Tracy) Willard  Jr., Eartha Willard-Jones of Omaha, NE; Benjamin (Donna) Bailey; Eric Bailey; Leah Michelle Willard; seven grandchildren, Dana,  Senika, Jonathon, Anthony, Ben, William, and Zadia; and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and  friends.

Family-

It saddens me to have to deliver this news, but Aunt Daphne Mitchell, died early this morning (5/31/10) in her home in El Cajun, CA. The information is still developing so I will update as  word comes in.  Please keep the family in your prayers.

Aunt daphne Mitchell recently had her Gall Bladder removed because it was failing.  But like the  soldier we know 
 she is, she is fine and home now recovering! Cousin Roger has been keeping me posted.

I sadly have to report the Death of Lawrence A. Mitchell aka Uncle Butchie on Wed,  5/20/09.  Stay tuned for the funeral/memeorial location and date.  It will definitely  happen in KCMO.  All the family is flying in on Sunday 5/24/09.

 Hi Familia!!

It's Jaime here...up late at night cause I cant sleep.  The recession is starting to  weigh heavy!  But I wont let it see me sweat!  I just wanted to update yall on  Jaynette's pregnacy!  Her and her husband Jamel are expecting their second child.  We  are hoping for a girl!  Jamel Jr. cant wait to be a big brother either.  We need a  NIECE in the family, we already have too many nephews!  So everyone reach out to her  and send your love.

 Hello Family!

Yaaay...I am proud to announce I am not paying my rent this month so I can re- subscribe to this site to host our Family Tree!  So I may be coming to live with one  of you really soon!  Enjoy and if there are any updates, please feel free to contact  and attach new pics to your email so I can post them.  Let's keep this going.

Familia:

We just lost one and gained another.  For all of you who did not know, Uncle  Sunny was burried on Saturday, March 10th the same day my niece Kryshonda  Macedon had her beautiful baby boy Kayden Terrell Bordley.  It's funny how  this works, you loose one but gain another.  We should all be grateful for  wakeing up each day and never forget to give thanks!

Right now Im feeling mournful yet there's an uncontained joy for our new  addition. Congrats on your new baby Kryshonda.  I love you!

As it appears, a lot of you have started receiving your copy of the  newsletter!!!  Sign the guest book and let me know what you thought of it. Do  you have any info that should be added? Don't forget to fill out the  registration forms and mail them back to me.  I really need that info to plan  this reunion. Please shoot me a email or call me and let me know. Hey all so after a long break from working on the reunion, I FINALLY had time  to compose the family newsletter.  I did this because MOST of you are not able  to get to a computer regularly.  The letter was mailed today so most of you  should get it by the end of the week/early next week.  Please fill out the  enclosed Registration Form and mail it back to me.  Or if you want, you can  give me a call and I will take down the info over the phone (much faster).  This 
 is how I will determine our activities, locations, and budgets.

Guys, I can't reiterate enough how BADLY I need contact info on other family  members. Harristine I know you said you are the contact for that side however,  I still would like to speak to people on a one-on-one basis, if for nothing  more than to catch up.  If ANYONE has any contacts on the Bouldin side, please  send.  Even if its just a name, I will do my research. Lastly I am trying to  secure a celebrity for a Dinner/Dance, but if no one is calling me back or nor  interested, then I wont move forward.  So far its looking like Amerie,  Rihanna, 
 or Cheri Dennis.  I may be able to get Young Jock as well.  So please let me  know.

Hiya All!

I know it's been a minute since I sent out updates and I know some of you have  noticed the "cooling off" of my vigor to get this Family Reunion together.   Here's why: The BOULDIN side hasn't returned any of my calls!  Yes Im calling  you guys out!!!  This initially started out being a big to do but now I've  slowed down because I am getting nowhere fast. Don't get me wrong, I really  appreciate and love the enthusiasm coming from the people who have joined the  site, signed the guestbook and sends me photos etc...HOWEVER, there are people  I've given this info to that have yet to return a call, shoot me an email, or  for lack of better words..shown any interest at all.  This troubles me.  It's  a tell tale sign of how much cooporation/resistance/support I will be getting  when it's time for collecting funds for the reunion. Just my thoughts...

 Welcome to the Bouldin Family website where you can reconnect with loved ones,  be introduced to new ones, and reminisce about the old ones.

Please be patient with me in regards to corrections and gaps.  I am still  researching this information.  If you have info that I am missing, please  dont hesitate to contact me.
